Marcolin Covering awarded at WHP FVG 2025

On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the Auditorium Biblioteca Rizzi in Udine, Marcolin Covering received recognition during the annual Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) FVG 2025 awards.

This initiative is dedicated to companies and organizations participating in the WHP FVG network and recognized as “companies promoting health” for 2025.

The award ceremony brought together numerous local organizations that believe in the value of human capital as a driver of growth and innovation.

The event provided an opportunity to exchange best practices implemented to create safe, motivating, and healthy work environments.

Marcolin Covering showcased the initiatives implemented in 2025, including:

• Healthy nutrition: vending machines with healthier products, free water cooling stations, fresh fruit available at outdoor sites, microwaves and refrigerators in dining areas.
• Anti-smoking policy: dissemination of the corporate policy, creation of designated smoking areas, distribution of leaflets and informational materials to support smoking cessation.
• Cross-cutting prevention activities: motivational counseling for workers at risk of NCDs (sedentary lifestyle, overweight, obesity, smoking), educational and informational activities integrated into workplace safety programs.
