Marcolin Covering launches the Training Academy
Technical and commercial training for the Service Point network
Marcolin Covering is pleased to announce the launch of the Marcolin Covering Training Academy, a new educational initiative dedicated to the professional growth of technical and commercial teams.
The project aims to provide practical tools and increasingly specialized skills to the Marcolin Service Point network, ensuring even more efficient and timely support. The training activity is designed to:
- update technical and commercial skills,
- reduce vehicle downtime,
- improve the quality of installation and maintenance services,
- proactively listen to customer needs.
This project aligns perfectly with the company’s mission, summed up by the claim “With you on your way”: standing by customers at every step, with professionalism and passion.
First course in Bolzano: focus on innovation and operational skills
The first event of the Marcolin Covering Training Academy was successfully held on May 13 at the Truck Welt Dealer & Service Point in Bolzano.
During the training day, the technical and commercial team deepened their operational knowledge and explored new product developments, with a special focus on the kawara / Marcolin Innovation Experience program, dedicated to advanced roofing solutions.
The enthusiasm and commitment shown by participants confirm the effectiveness of this new training approach: a concrete step towards a more skilled network, ready to meet market challenges.
This first course marks the beginning of a structured journey that will progressively involve all Marcolin Service Points in Italy and Europe.
