Marcolin Training Academy: first stop in Bolzano
Technical and commercial training for the Service Point network
The Marcolin Training Academy is the training project designed to support the Service Point network through programs focused on developing technical, operational and relational skills. Created to respond to the challenges of a constantly evolving market, the Academy aims to provide concrete, up-to-date tools to foster professional growth and collaboration within the network.
First course in Bolzano: focus on innovation and operational skills
The first session of the Marcolin Covering Training Academy successfully took place on May 13 at the Dealer & Service Point Truck Welt in Bolzano, marking the official start of a structured journey to support Service Points in their continuous growth and development.
During the training day, the technical and commercial team deepened their operational knowledge and explored new product developments, with a special focus on the kawara / Marcolin Innovation Experience program, dedicated to advanced roofing solutions.
The enthusiasm and commitment shown by participants confirm the effectiveness of this new training approach: a concrete step towards a more skilled network, ready to meet market challenges.
This first course marks the beginning of a structured journey that will progressively involve all Marcolin Service Points in Italy and Europe.
