Marcolin Training Academy in Olbia
Technical training for Service Points in Sardinia
On July 2, 2025, the Marcolin Training Academy made a stop in Olbia, Sardinia, with a full training day hosted at Officina Catta, a SCANIA-authorized workshop.
The second event in the training program involved the island’s Service Points, strengthening the dialogue between the Marcolin team and the operators who represent the brand on the ground every day.
Marcolin Training Academy: continuous training to build value together


Marcolin Covering Training Academy is part of a broader vision that sees ongoing training as a strategic lever to deliver increasingly effective and high-quality post-sales services.
These courses are designed to consolidate the role of Service Points as technical and consultative partners, able to respond precisely to customer needs. During the Olbia session, participants had the opportunity to:
- Gain a clear understanding of Marcolin’s organizational structure and operational workflows;
- Deepen their knowledge of genuine Marcolin spare parts and kits;
- Learn in detail the functionalities of the “Eletta” and “Ecotype” coverings;
- Train to become a technical point of reference for customers, ensuring quality, speed, and reliability in service.
Program of the day: theory, practice and on-site interaction
The day was divided into theoretical modules and practical exercises. After the introductory presentation, participants received updated technical materials and had time for Q&A. In the afternoon, the team focused on the full assembly of the “Eletta” and “Ecotype” products, simulating real installation and maintenance conditions.
A special thanks goes to Eco Olbia for providing a container for the practical exercises, significantly contributing to the success of the training.
