Marcolin Covering presents its Sustainability Report
At Marcolin Covering, we believe that a company’s success is measured not only in numbers, but also in its ability to create long-term value for people, the local community, and the environment. For this reason, we are proud to present our Sustainability Report.
This is not a mere obligation, but a voluntary choice to transparently share our journey and the milestones we have achieved across ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria.
Key points of our commitment:
- Environment and Resources: today, 100% of the electricity we use comes from renewable sources (30% of which is self-produced thanks to our photovoltaic system). In addition, we apply Lean System principles to eliminate waste and optimize the use of raw materials.
- People First: we support the well-being of our team with stable contracts (99% permanent employment), continuously invest in safety, and support new hires with over 3,200 hours of training, promoting an inclusive and dynamic workplace environment.
- Community Connection: we actively collaborate with local organizations and schools, such as the ITS Academy Alto Adriatico, and support social initiatives to give value back to the community in which we operate.
This report is not a destination, but our roadmap to keep improving, day after day.
